VILLA OCEAN VIEW RATES POLICY
Villa Ocean View is a premier quality rental apartment located in the center of the charming village of Câmara de Lobos on Madeira Island, a beautiful autonomous region of Portugal in the Atlantic Ocean.
This first-floor apartment features a private outdoor balcony with beautiful ocean views and handicap access for guests’ convenience. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom, along with brand-new appliances and modern amenities designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Our rates are per apartment and accommodate up to 6 guests.
Seasonal Rates:
• January to May 30 (Low Season): 149 Euros per night
• June to August: 169 Euros per night
• September to December 20 Rate 139 Euros per night
For 1-bedroom reservations accommodating up to 2 guests, a 20% discount may apply during select seasons. No discounts are available during the summer season from June through August. Only promotional rates posted by management will apply during that period.
On-site parking is available with prior reservation at a cost of 10 Euros per day, unless included as part of a special promotion.
We are also happy to assist our guests with planning vacation packages and activities upon request, helping make your visit to Madeira Island a truly memorable experience.

• No parties or events permitted
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests
We kindly ask all guests to respect these rules to help maintain a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
For stays of 2 weeks or longer, one complimentary room cleaning and bed linen change is included during your stay.
All of our apartments are quality properties designed to provide comfort, convenience, and an enjoyable stay for every guest.
We welcome both short-term and long-term stays, ranging from 7 to 120 days. Special rates are available for seniors, veterans, and family groups accommodating up to 16 guests.

This second-floor apartment features a private outdoor balcony with beautiful views, comfortable lounge chairs, and a breakfast table, creating the perfect relaxation area. This brand-new 1,000-square-foot apartment is a quality accommodation designed for guests who appreciate comfort, convenience, and spacious living.
The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, brand-new appliances, and modern amenities designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Our rates are per apartment and accommodate up to 4 guests.
